Return & Refund Policy:
You may request a claim within 180 days of receiving your delivery. However, to ensure your request is reviewed, we recommend submitting your claim within 7 days of receiving your item to allow for a faster response to your inquiry.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer's remorse. Because our products are made to order, returns & refunds are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed.
Return Conditions:
Unless the item is damaged or defective, returns must meet the following conditions:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
We do not accept returns for items that are:
- Worn
- Stained
- Damaged due to misuse
- Altered after delivery
Return & Refund Requests:
To start a claim, you can contact us at crackshack.net@gmail.com. Please send us photos of your item that clearly show the issue along with the order number in order to be accepted into the review process. Once your claim is sent, you can expect a response within 7-10 days of your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
